Exchange and Return Policy

Dear valued customers of "Turkiya" store, we thank you for choosing and trusting us. To ensure a comfortable and transparent shopping experience for everyone, please read the following policies carefully before completing your order. Completing your order means you agree to these terms and conditions:

1. General Conditions for Exchange and Return:

  • The exchange or return request must be submitted within only (24 hours) from the time of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all price tags and labels (Tags) attached. If the safety sticker or the dress tag is removed, the right to return or exchange is permanently forfeited.

  • After accepting your request and issuing the return or exchange waybill, the shipment must be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of (24 hours). (Note: If the customer delays handing over the shipment to the shipping company after 24 hours from the waybill issuance, the return or exchange request will be automatically canceled).

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order, and the replacement product cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Multi-piece orders: If the order contains three or more pieces, the customer has the right to return a maximum of only one or two pieces; returning the entire order is not accepted.

2. Products Included in Offers and Discounts:

  • Products purchased using discount codes, or during offers and sales periods, cannot be returned under any circumstances. However, the customer is allowed to exchange them for the same product, or another product of the same or higher value.

3. Important Exceptions (Cases not covered by exchange or return):\nWe apologize for not accepting return or exchange requests in the following cases:

  • International Orders: All orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Special Orders: Custom designs or products modified according to the customer"s request.

  • Products that have been damaged, used, had their serial numbers tampered with, or are missing any of their attached accessories.

4. Return Mechanism and Fees:\nUpon approval of the return request, the following fees apply:

  • Return fees (All cities in the Kingdom via SMSA): 35 SAR.

  • Return fees (Private courier for Jeddah and Makkah): 50 SAR.

  • Important Note: Shipping and delivery fees paid at the time of the initial order are non-refundable (Even if the customer benefited from a "Free Shipping" offer, they will bear the shipping costs mentioned above upon return).

  • Refunds: The due amount will be refunded to the customer"s account within (3 to 10 business days) after we receive and inspect the product to ensure its condition.

5. Exchange Mechanism and Fees:\nUpon approval of the exchange request, the customer bears the following costs (which include shipping the returned order back to the store, and delivering the replacement order to the customer):

  • Exchange fees (All cities in the Kingdom via SMSA): 45 SAR.

  • Exchange fees (Private courier for Jeddah): 35 SAR.

6. Order Cancellation Policy:\nBecause we appreciate your desire to modify or back out sometimes before shipping is confirmed, we have arranged the cancellation procedures to be clear and simple:

  • Before Shipping: The order can be canceled, and the amount will be refunded.

  • After Shipping and Issuing the Waybill: The order cannot be canceled. The customer must receive the shipment first, then submit a "return" request, and the specified return fees will apply (the customer will also bear a shipment cancellation fee of 35 SAR).

7. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Defects:\nWe at "Turkiya" are keen on inspecting our products carefully. However, in the event you receive an item different from your order or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within (24 hours) of receipt. We will examine the product, and if the defect is proven, we will cover all shipping fees to return or exchange the product and fully refund your money.

8. Store Rights:\nThe store reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel your order in certain cases, such as: the product being out of stock, incorrect product pricing, or suspicion of a fraudulent order. If canceled by us, the full paid amount will be refunded.
